Combines an APL (Adjustable Pressure Limiting) valve with a coaxial circuit structure — retaining the space-saving single-tube layout while adding manually adjustable exhaust pressure control. The clinician can adjust the pressure limit in real time to match ventilation requirements, making this suitable for procedures where precise circuit pressure management is needed.
