Hsiner's two facilities — Shengang headquarters and the Houli new plant — house more than 400 employees across over 60,000 m² of total floor area. The Houli site is four times the size of the original headquarters; full relocation was completed in 2025, leaving ample room for future expansion.
Manufacturing capabilities span silicone injection, plastic injection, blow molding and tube forming, with a combined fleet of over 50 machines to address needs ranging from precision small parts to large-scale circuit systems. All assembly takes place in ISO 7 (Class 10,000) and ISO 8 (Class 100,000) cleanrooms, meeting medical device cleanliness standards.
The Houli facility features an automated storage and retrieval system with capacity equivalent to approximately 140 forty-foot containers. Systematically planned logistics from production to shipment ensure on-time delivery even at high volumes.
