A coaxial breathing circuit with the inspiratory limb running inside the expiratory limb, presenting as a single tube. This configuration significantly reduces the circuit footprint at the bedside. Heat exchange between the two gas flows helps maintain inspired gas temperature — commonly used in space-limited operating environments.
