A CPAP full face mask for home-use obstructive sleep apnea therapy. The cushion is moulded from medical-grade liquid silicone with a 3D contour that conforms closely to the nose and mouth area, achieving a reliable seal without overtightening the headgear — reducing leakage and minimising pressure marks.

Quiet-flow vent holes diffuse exhaled air in a cloud pattern, lowering noise while maintaining effective CO₂ washout. A built-in anti-asphyxia valve opens automatically if generator pressure fails, allowing the patient to breathe independently. A sampling port enables pressure or EtCO₂ monitoring for clinical assessment.

The one-piece flexible forehead pad distributes contact evenly across the forehead contour, keeping the mask stable and comfortable. The upper headgear features a loop-through design for quick attachment and removal.
